Condition of Returns

Returned items should be:

• in the same condition you received them

• undamaged and unaltered

• returned with any included materials

Because each item is a real historical object, we simply ask that it’s handled with care.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• your refund will be issued to your original payment method

• refunds typically process within 1–5 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right quickly. That may include:

• a replacement

• a full refund

• or another solution that works best for you

 

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item we sell is authenticated with expertise and care. If you ever have concerns about authenticity, contact us and we’ll review it promptly.

If an item is determined to be misattributed or incorrectly described, we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

 

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error on our end, we’ll cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
